1. Description of Service

Keypulse is a web-based analytics tool that helps you analyze and visualize your Google Search Console data. The service allows you to categorize keywords into clusters, separate branded from non-branded traffic, and track performance trends over time.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of Keypulse, you must create an account by signing in with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Free and Pro Plans

Keypulse offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Allows you to upload and analyze Google Search Console exports with basic features.
• Pro Plan: $8 per month. Includes direct Google Search Console integration, unlimited historical data, and additional features.

4. Payment Terms

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $8 USD. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.

5. User Responsibilities

By using Keypulse, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to access data belonging to other users
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service
• Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service
• Comply with Google's terms of service when connecting your Search Console account

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Keypulse is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Intellectual Property

Keypulse and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Keypulse and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keypulse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of any analytics or insights provided by the service. You are responsible for verifying data and making your own business decisions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that we determine to be harmful to the service or other users. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
