• Google Account Information: Your email address and name from your Google account when you sign in with Google OAuth.
• Google Search Console Data: When you connect your Google Search Console account, we access your search performance data including queries, pages, clicks, impressions, and position data.
• Uploaded Data: If you upload CSV or XLSX files exported from Google Search Console, we process that data to display analytics.
• Configuration Data: Your custom settings such as branded terms, keyword clusters, and project configurations.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide the Keypulse service to you:

• To authenticate your account and maintain your session
• To fetch and display your Google Search Console analytics
• To categorize your keywords into clusters and branded/non-branded segments
• To track historical trends in your search performance
• To save your projects and configurations for future sessions

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or search analytics with any third parties. Your data is yours. We only use it to provide the service to you.

The only exception is essential service providers required to operate Keypulse (such as hosting and database services), who are bound by strict data protection agreements.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices. We use secure HTTPS connections for all data transmission. Access to your data is restricted and protected.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete all associated data within 30 days.
